A committed anatomy student, Fiona has hands-on experience in the gross anatomy lab, including completing her own full-face dissection project, and participating as part of a TMJ dissection team in the world-leading labs at The Plastinarium, Germany. Fiona contributed to the Fascia Research Society's upper thorax fascia dissection project. She has also spent time in the gross anatomy labs at King's College London.
With 20 years of active practice, Fiona has designed and developed facial treatments and educational programmes for leading spas and brands across the UK, US, France, Spain and Scotland. She has delivered in-person training for AS Apothecary, Beaverbrook Hotel and Spa, Laurel Whole Plant Organics and Live Native and was headhunted by Dermalogica as a trainer.
Fiona's approach is client-centered, outcome-driven and grounded in anatomy science and clinical reasoning. She is equally committed to fostering supportive, student-centered learning environments that encourage growth and confidence.
A qualified aromatherapist and natural perfumer, Fiona also draws on her background in anthropology - and her fascination with the history of anatomy and forensic anthropology - to enrich her holistic, anatomy-driven approach.
