FOUNDATIONS OF ADVANCED BUCCAL MASSAGE
Level One is where to start with an advanced buccal practice - it is an introduction to advanced anatomy, advanced fascia anatomy and advanced intra-oral techniques. It is especially for you if you are new to targeted intra-oral TMJ practice. In Level One you will learn a selection of x6 clinical, fascia and aesthetic intra-oral techniques plus an introduction to advanced TMJ, fascia and face anatomy and a x5 step professional protocol.
SOMATIC-MYOFASCIAL SEQUENCING
This Level Two training is for you if you want to deepen your understanding of facial anatomy, learn more intraoral techniques, refine your touch and bring somatic regulation into your work. Intraoral massage is one of the most invasive things we can offer; without somatic awareness and thoughtful pacing, it can unintentionally reinforce the very tensions we aim to release.
Level Two is designed for facialists already familiar with treating the primary TMJ muscles (the masseter and temporalis tendon). You’ll significantly advance your facial and tissue anatomy; learn to work safely inside the oral cavity (inside the teeth) and gain nine additional intraoral techniques, quick TMJ assessment skills and a deeper connective-tissue focus. Facial cupping for TMJ support is included, along with a full 10-step professional protocol.
Somatic-Myofascial Sequencing pairs fascia-focused technique with somatic awareness, teaching you to work with tissue, tension patterns and the nervous system together to create deeper release, clearer function and more integrated facial movement.
BUCCAL MASTERY
Master Level Three is no-holds-barred advanced anatomy and intra-oral techniques. Here you learn the anatomy, intra-oral and external techniques for the soft and hard palate, extrinsic myofascia of the larynx (including hyoid musculature), cervical spine, cranial structures and upper thorax. It focus on fascial slings and spaces of the face and TMJ. It also includes progressive support of the breath and inner tidal waves of the inner seas. If you already have a buccal practice but are concerned about feeling overwhelmed by the anatomy and intra-oral techniques then please start with Level Two and work up to Level Three. Included in Master Level: NEW intra-oral techniques, external massage and elevated professional protocol. More in-depth assessment of TMJ, face and body. Progressive techniques and aftercare.

Many of those who took the course kindly gave feedback and Fiona listened. Although everyone found the course to exceptional value for money and loved it the feedback was clear:
Many felt overwhelmed by the advanced level of anatomy and fascia focused intra-oral technique application.
Some thought there were too many techniques.
Too much information was given in one course.
In direct response to the feedback Fiona has divided the course into Level One, Level Two and added a brand NEW Master Level.
Dividing it into separate and different levels means that, without compromise to advanced nature of this practice, at each level it is:
More accessible
Shorter courses
More affordable
More manageable in our busy lives
Very clear and easy to follow
User friendly
Currently unlimited lifetime access
